New character I thought of <3
Completely random xD I really have no idea what sparked him but yes.

He's perfect no?

His name's Transparency, and he likes to wear his beret.

He's see-through, so if he's standing in front of someone, you can see right through him, except the mysterious rainbow outline..and his creepy, bulgy blue eyes v.v

And ~BadKittyTigerstar drew the beret for me because I couldn't figure out how to do it x'D
